Terms and Conditions: Standard Products - For all internet sales, full payment must be completed online prior to product shipment. Non-internet sales shall be purchased via purchase order and require prior credit authorization. All standard products purchased via purchase order will have applicable taxes, customs, and duties added in the invoice to the quoted price of the goods. Payment terms for all goods purchased via purchase order are Net 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom Products - Products must be purchased via purchase order and require prior coordination to verify customer requirements.

Sales Tax on Products – Inside the United States, all sales tax is included in quoted price unless noted in a formal quote. Services – Terms and conditions will be attached to the quotation. Shipping – Internet purchases will have shipping costs calculated and applied to the quoted price. All non-internet shipping costs, unless agreed upon otherwise, will be added in the invoice to the quoted price of the goods.
The price of shipping is based on customer requirements and will generally be either standard ground freight or expedited overnight. Shipping terms shall be FOB origin unless otherwise agreed in writing. Warranty Information – 3C Dynamics warrants that all products and services meet product or services specifications for materials and workmanship for 1 year from date of invoice. 3C Dynamics will, at its option, repair or replace any product or service that is found by 3C Dynamics to be defective so long as 3C Dynamics is notified in writing of the defect before the end of the warranty period. Return Policy – All product sales are final. Products may be returned at the discretion of 3C Dynamics. Written authorization must be provided by 3C Dynamics prior to any product return. Products may only be returned if they are unused and still in original packaging. Customer pays shipping on all returned product and a restock fee may apply.
